OUR MISSION
UME Foundation is dedicated to supporting the refinement, circulation and coordination of wealth and wisdom resources towards the reconstruction of a new economic and culture design that supports a thriving humanity and Earth. As trust liasons between for-benefit capital, municipal governance, and transformative organizations, we facilitate the emergence of regenerative economic and cultural infrastructure. We endeavor to contribute to humanity’s understanding of the root ontology of value and meaning, and contribute & evolve our economic and cultural systems with collective prosperity and health as the navigational orientation.
WHAT
A civic and cultural philanthropic Donor Advised Fund (DAF) fiscally sponsored by INH Fund based in San Francisco, with a Danish commercial foundation under development as our global foundation HQ in Gilleleje, Denmark. We are activated and supported by a private global network bridging East and West—focused in Europe, the USA, and Asia.
Commitment: Rooted and inspired by the founder's family foundation of over 25 years, The Long Now Foundation, and her commitment to integrating pioneering consciousness with planetary imperatives, UME Foundation serves as a diplomatic trust alliance for planetary transformation for the next 100 years.
HOW
Three Core Operations:
1. Liaison & Strategic Partnerships — We identify, cultivate, and formalize high-value partnerships across innovation ecosystems—from quantum computing to regenerative economics—mapping 'Matrix of Trust' networks that connect organizations to essential advisors, funders, and strategic partners.
2. Strategic Advisory — We provide foundation-level strategic guidance and serve on advisory boards globally, offering diplomatic convening and facilitation, talent recruitment, organizational alignment and legacy design, and avant-garde technology systems brokerage for cities and organizations.
3. Fundraising & Brokerage — We facilitate the discerned coordination and circulation of capital and intellectual resources, connecting mission-aligned philanthropists, impact investors, and family offices with transformative initiatives and opportunities.
As an organization, we invest in: R&D, Education & Partnerships, curating and activating a global trust alliance of foundation ambassadors, beautiful convening spaces, and evolutionary technologies to serve our foundation members and partners.
CORE ETHOS / THEORY OF CHANGE
Mayors as Leadership Trim Tabs — We believe mayors will be catalysts for systemic change. Through our partners who lead New Generation Politics, Urban20 Summit, Global Megacities Network (80 Mayors from global Megacities), we align with Mayors’ inner councils and royal families globally that are aligned and interested to commit to substantial reinvention and new infrastructure for multi-generations.
East-Meets-West Diplomacy — Our core concentration bridges Europe-USA-Asia. We believe Europe will serve as a diplomatic center, refuge and safe convening location, with the intellectual and monetary capital to support R&D for humanity's future. We maintain strong networks in China and Japan, bridging Asia-Europe alongside US allies.
Quantum Energy Innovation — Supporting breakthrough quantum energy technologies and clean energy innovation—from advanced renewables to quantum space innovations—as humanity transitions from fossil fuel dependence toward abundant, higher-frequency energy sources.
Redefining Philanthropy — Exploring what Philanthropy means in this new epoch and its cosmic function on the planet. With the dissolution of modern religion's monopoly on meaning, the dissolving of governmental and economic structures, and lifting veils on social structures—we ask: How can philanthropy be resituated and serve meaningfully, morally, and in graceful alignment for the next 100 years?
Integrated Technology for Human Flourishing — As technology is an extension of Nature, we ground evolutionary technologies—AI, Blockchain, Space technologies, quantum energy technologies—into their deeper evolutionary purpose and right relationship through our support of initiatives within our 5 Core Pillars.

1. Equitable Economic Systems — Convening leaders in new economic design to restructure evolved systems rooted in collective prosperity.
2. Civic Regenerative Design & Development — Working with diplomats, mayors, and civic stakeholders across islands, nations, and megacities to coordinate vision-aligned alliances.
3. Quantum Health Innovation — Collaborating with integrated health clinics blending data-backed research, clinical trials, and quantum healing R&D. Connected, we engage with Space research and quantum science labs that can inform Planetary Health on Earth, and a wider view of Health.
4. New Education & Arts for All Stages of Life — Supporting consciousness training, evolutionary educational technology, cultural heritage preservation and multidisciplinary arts in support of human development and cultural evolution.

Foundation “Long Now” Pillars: Investing in long-term Futures of next 100 years
5. Water Blueprint Fund & Lab — Convening water-focused organizations and networks, and directing R&D toward water technologies at all scales—from consumer to UN—including mineral spring protection.
6. Decentralized Real Estate & Emergency Relief Fund — We are innovating on the future of co-owned real estate (membership-based), through a tokenized real estate ‘land trust’ prototype, built on secure, globally judicial, and Ai-supported blockchain technology. We also are allocated a specific DAF ‘Vault’ towards climate emergency micro-finance, affordable regenerative housing, and funding support for refugees, focused on education and career opportunities.
