  • 2 60-minute calls / month by Zoom

  • Unlimited email support

  • Recordings and follow-up recommendations and resources

  • Custom rituals and practices designed specifically for you

  • Recommended minimum 3-month commitment

  • Calls are scheduled ahead of time on Wednesdays between 9am - 12pm PT or Fridays between 9am - 12pm PT.
